Participation & Assumption of Risk

Participation in tennis, fitness activities, and academy programs involves inherent risks, including injury, illness, or property loss. By enrolling yourself or your child, you acknowledge these risks and confirm participation is voluntary.

Liability Waiver & Medical Authorization

TNA SPORTS CORP (TNA Tennis Academy), its coaches, staff, and partners are not responsible for injuries, accidents, illnesses, or losses arising from participation.

You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless TNA from related claims. In emergencies, you authorize TNA staff to provide basic first aid and contact emergency services. All medical expenses remain your responsibility.

Payments, Billing & Credits

All invoices must be paid in advance according to academy billing policies. Late payments may result in fees or suspension of participation.

No credits or refunds are provided under any circumstances. Accepted payment methods and billing rules are defined in the Client Agreement.

Makeup Classes, Scheduling & Attendance

Makeup lessons are limited, subject to availability, notice requirements, and monthly limits outlined in the Agreement. Makeups are non-transferable.

TNA is not responsible for time lost due to lateness. Participants are expected to arrive on time and follow scheduling rules.

Conduct, Media Consent & Communication

All participants must follow academy rules and maintain respectful behavior. TNA may remove participants for repeated misconduct without refund.

Parents may choose whether photos or videos of their child may be used for marketing or promotional purposes. Consent is collected through official forms.

TNA may use SMS messages for account verification, security alerts, and important notifications. No marketing messages are sent.

Agreement Term & Updates

Participation agreements are valid for one year from the date of signing unless otherwise stated.

TNA reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
